phpBB captcha was cracked & fingered by spambots or something like that, I’m not aware of details..
Therefore while waiting for 3.0.5 version(patch) I enabled Queued posting with 1 post limit. Means, new users(yes YOU, our precious new applicant) with 0 posts will have to wait, until I come around and approve your post.
