So I’ve been told that if I wanted to get better sleep, I should sleep on actual bed and not a couch. The idea’s not from a bad place because I would wake up a couple of times per night and sometimes I’d have back pain in the morning.
The problem becomes this: I’ve slept on a bed for two weeks now, and my backpain is much worse and I sleep a lot less. I think I’m just gonna go back to the couch.
