You Loved Me So Much It Hurt, ch11 (!Kimi11) – What really is a person’s worth? Is it really just something others grant you based on your efforts and actions?
When I was younger I kept tabs on how I acted and how my worth was perceived in other’s eyes. I think we all did, it’s necessary but exhausting stuff. Now that I’m older and I have grown into & established my own values I pay little attention to outside perception. And it has made me more likable. At the end of the day it is probably important to worry in your younger years and work on your character traits, so that you can grow into a human being who is worth being around with.
Is being “likable” connected to “worth”? Is my English even good enough to convey my thoughts on deeper subjects? Probably not.
thx for the chapter.
