Well, what we really need is a certain amount of people in certain positions.

Of note;

*Experience is not required as long as you're willing to learn (Unless you're really bad and we think we'd be wasting our time).
*Photoshop is required if you're applying as an Editor or Typesetter. No Gimp or any other program.
*Good attitude, willing to learn, regardless of whether you're experienced of not.
*A plus, if you use IRC and stick around, you might actually enjoy the scanlation group for more than simply scanlations.

Well, let's go:

1-2 Proofreaders

I'm looking for proofreaders who are able to look over a script (regardless of it's length) the same day it's posted on the forums. You'll be working on every project.

As many Editors as possible.

Series that need Editors:

*À La Carte
*Full Metal Panic Sigma
*Holyland (Difficult, requires ability to redraw)
*Sengoku (Difficult, requires ability to redraw)
*Saru Lock (Extremely difficult, requires a lot of patience and good ability to redraw)
*Shonan Jun'ai Gumi (Semi-difficult. Requires ability to redraw and dust hunt)

You need to be accessible via IRC or extremely easy to reach in other ways (email mostly).

At least one typesetter for the following projects.

*Boku to Issho (Needs a dedicated typesetter; project could be done by the end of the year if we get one. Fully translated.)
*Garouden (Same, very simple typesetting. Fully translated.)
*Koukou Tekken-den Tough (The typesetting is pretty simple and if anyone's interested to un-stall the project, contact me.)
*Shonan Jun'ai Gumi (We're starting to stack the translations, but don't have enough people on the project. If we have enough people, in the future we can probably look forward to weekly releases. But that requires manpower...)

1 All-Around Quality Checker

Two active Quality Checks who is IRC active (mandatory) and can look over a chapter the same night it's given to you. You'll be working on all projects. Experienced strongly suggested.

Okay, maybe not that many, but any capable translators are welcome. We're always in need it jp -> eng translators. Some of our current projects need translators to continue the scanlation process. Plus, with more translators, we can probably do more projects or even increase the scanlation speed of some of our current projects.
