I'd like to remind a few things...

We have a new bot in our IRC channel. It's called Illum and it hosts all of our releases & some other stuff. The staff at Illuminati-Manga has been uploading manga that they've enjoyed over the years and felt that you should probably check them out. You'll see a trend of groups; Mangascreener, Kotonoha, Hawks, Omanga... You could easily say that those are our favorite groups. So if ever you want a suggestion for something to read, go check the pack list here and go to the bottom. If you have any suggestions, feel free to mention it. I'm sure there's stuff we completely forgot about and that we could upload.

Second thing is, we're still actively looking for staff. Editors, Translators and Quality Checkers. If you're interested in helping to increase the pace of releases, please apply.

Now, the releases.

Odyssey ch01 (!OD01 !Odys01) - You know that packlist I just told you about? It contains two specific series that were fucking epic when I read them. They're called Sanctuary and Strain. They were both authored by Buronson and drawn by Ikegami Ryoichi, one of the most badass author-artist combination in manga history. Well, you know what? So is Odyssey. It's a 3 volume series (I bought the Wideban, 3-volumes-in-one versions) in the same neighborhood of Sanctuary & Strain. Just one disclaimer, the next chapter won't be out soon because the translator is really, really busy with real life stuff.

Oniwakamaru The Visitor 02 (!Oniwa02 !OTW02) - Second chapter of this demon series, where we go into a little character development. There's the obligatory fight stuck in there too, so don't worry!

Holyland v01, v17 & v18 (!Holy01 !Holy17 !Holy18 !HL01 !HL17 !HL18) - Well, this was a fun ride. We started working on re-doing volume 01 a few years ago because the scanlations weren't very good and we just got around to finishing it up this week.

A big, big, big thank you to Nitouryu for his work on the series over the last 3+ years. Without him, the series would have gone no where. A big thank you to Phaedris & kyuubi654 for their help redrawing these 3 volumes and to Molokidan for translating.

Oniwakamaru The Visitor ch01 (!Oniwa01 !OTW01) - A new series by Saruwatari Tetsuya, the mangaka for Bad Police & Koukou Tekken-den Tough, while drawing Riki-Oh. It's 4 volumes long and it's about demons and MONSTERS.

So this isn't something I'll say very often, but...

We completed three projects today!  Apologies for the delays, but it happens.

We're looking for Translators, Redrawers & Quality Checkers to increase the release speed.

I would really, really like to do more Saruwatari Tetsuya (Riki-Oh, Bad Police, Koukou Tekken-den Tough) series. I literally have a full series of his translated (every single volume translated from start to end) but I have no editors for it. I have the first volume of another series of his completely translated, with the 3 final volumes needing a second check. But, again, no editors. So if you're a fan of his like I am and want to see some of his badass stuff released, you know what to do.

Color of Rage. (!Colorof) - If you enjoyed this volume, purchase the English volume done by Dark Horse. You can download it from amazon.com here. Support the English publishing companies.

Full Metal Panic Sigma v15 (!Sigma15) - This was scheduled for late April, so please forgive me for releasing this on May 1st (or 2nd, depending where you live.) An important note about this volume! This is a very important volume to the story of Full Metal Panic because this is the A Very Dancing Merry Christmas arc, which takes place immediately after the events in volume 3 (The events from The Second Raid for a better idea). I have no idea why they skipped this story in the first place, but whatever. It's being done now. This is a quality arc as well. I strongly recommend all of you read the novel, because the manga skips a lot of stuff. Again, not too sure why. You can read it in English here, thanks to Boku-Tachi. I hope you enjoy the cliff hanger at the end of v15.

Hanashippanashi v02 (!Hanashi02) - This is our translator laika's baby. He's put a lot of time and a lot of effort into this manga. So much so that he wanted to write a little something about it:

To keep it short: this project meant a lot to me personally and I'm really happy to see it finished. I'm especially grateful to all the staff involved and also to everyone that supported me and helped this project along the way. Thank you very much.

So I hope you'll enjoy it. It's a superb collection of short stories. Big thank you to dh85 as well for his hard work on the series. Thanks to Kotonoha for doing volume 01 originally. We'll be doing more stuff by the author over time.

Wolf Guy v12 (!WG12) - Welp, I hope you enjoyed the ride. Big thank you to tradedaemon for translating all 12 volumes and to klo for doing a bulk of the redraws.

Skyhigh IV - (!Skyhigh4) - We had plans on working on Skyhigh 4 for over a year now. Took us a long time to get started, but once we did... It didn't take us too long to do. If you liked Skyhigh and Skyhigh: Karma & Shinshou, you'll like Skyhigh IV. We might someday work on some more Takahashi Tsutomu stuff because dh85 is a huge fanboy, but we'll see how things go.

Bad Police (!BadPolice) - Our second complete Saruwatari manga. Hell yeah. Big thank you to katsudon from Japanzai for translating it. Thank you Mr. Lordof for the editing ;) While this isn't Saruwatari's finest works and there seemed to have been some restrictions on it (Considering it was in a shounen mag) to make it a little less violent than some of his other series, it's still an enjoyable series with some cool VIOLENCE.

Enjoy Bad Police and expect another new Saruwatari series not too long from now.
