Okay, today we're introducing a new one-volume long project with our joint partners, HotCakes. Give them a shout out if you don't mind.

The project is called Sekai no Owari to Yoakemae, but you'll hear it from me as Sekai no longname.

It's a volume long series by Asano Inio, mangaka of What a Wonderful World, Nijigahara Holograph (If you haven't read this, read it right-fucking-now. The best single volume manga I've ever read.) and Goodnight Punpun. This volume contains series of oneshots by the author over his career.

We're released ch1 & 2 (!Sekai1 & !Sekai2) today.

We have new chapters out today, but some news first.

We need staff. Especially one or two Quality Checkers to help. We need some staff for various positions to help out. We have some chapters waiting to be QCed, but nobody to really QC them. So, help out. Editors & Typesetters also wanted.

As for the release, we've released FMP Sigma ch18-19 along with Sora-Scans as joint partners. This gets into "the good stuff." We need an Editor for this series, so if you're interested, apply! ;p

As for Holyland, well... Chapter 59 & 60 are in QC.

While I was uploading release, something unusual happened, my phone rang. I know, I know for some of you this is an everyday thing, but it's kind of a big deal for me.

- Yes. - I pick up the phone.
- Hello, good afternoon. - Young woman's voice replies. Oh My GOD, my heart is starting to race like crazy.
- Hello? - I pretend to not catch her words the first time, just to hear her sweet voice again, trying to reach me from the distance.
- Hello, good afternoon. This is Alise calling. - Her voice sounds so seducing. I bet she's a real beauty who uses lip gloss with strawberry taste! She is probably a secret admirer of me from my workplace or university and now she has gotten hands on my phone number and wants to take the first step by calling me directly. I wonder where should I take her at our first meeting, maybe a simple walk in the park where our hands would inevitably touch, she'd stare at me while wind plays with her hair, then blush and giggle a bit as I smile back at her.
- Hello. - I reply in my most manliest voice tone.
- I'm calling you to offer a digital TV package...

The man woke up abruptly from his sleep, dripping in sweat with his heart racing. 'A dream.' he thought, slightly grinning and shaking his head, thinking that it was all just a big nightmare. He slowly stretched his arms above his head and as he touched the wall, he felt a cold sensation in his fingers. He only then noticed that in his apartment was cold as if it had no walls to protect him from the cold snow from the ground outside.

He slipped right back under the covers, mumbling to himself that he only had thirty minutes until he had to leave for work...

(Okay so that wasn't really a continuation, at least I don't think so. But in any case, !Holy55 on IRC.)

Anywhooo, we released Holyland c53, grab it from our irc channel(!Holy53).

Also, we might release a chapter of Holyland per day until the weather stops being so shitty and rainy at my place. 

From the bottom of my balls I swear, Be damned you Autumn! These days are just getting shorter and shorter, and when you come back home from a loooong day at work where that bitch of a Boss yelled at you for some shit you didn't even do or had to do(whatever, not like it was more important than your Solitaire game).

Anyway, you come home when it's already dark, noone awaits you(the flickering light in the passage alone is a huge mood killer), you get your frozen surprise food briquette and warm that puppy in microwave. Slowly pull your shit together, turn on TV, but then your attention is unknowingly grabbed by the tree leafs that struggle against the gutsy wind outside the window... your mind drifts off and brings up the inevitable question "When did I fuck this all up?!"

You listen, listen as hard as you can, but can only hear wind scraping the window, you stand up and go over to open it... all those people down there, nothing but ants in streets mud .. could crush them with your feet. Your hand reaches into pocket and fishes out smokes.. ah yes! one of the life's few pleasures.

While taking a few steps away from the window to make a run at it, you know God damn well - this is your final resolv.. And Then The Cage Comes Down!!! ... With Japanese Fighting Spiders Inside! And your old elementary mathematics teacher jumps out from the bathroom, with a cigarillo pointing out of the corner of her mouth and you kill her with a spear!

And you never forget that shit, it just never goes away, you know.


Post Scriptum: I also think we need a JP->EN translator for Holyland to work on the next volumes. Anyone?
